Due to special covid precautions items cannot be returned and all sales are final.
Shipping
Free shipping within United States and Puerto Rico. Canada customers shipping adjust automatically to the most current rates. Please note that once shipped I cannot be held responsible for items not getting through customs at the Canadian border. However, this has not happened in the many years I have sold the Oregon Creme or Herbal Plus products.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
