Ingredients: Aloe Vera Gel, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, MSM (Methyl sulfonyl methane) pure extracts of Comfrey leaf, oregon Grape root, Goldenseal, rose hips, nettles, Ecchinacea, Dandelion, and Yucca, water. Glycearal stereate, Cetyl, T.E.A, Gerben, Vitamin E & Spearmint Oil.

Oregon Creme
I have been using Oregon Creme for longer than I can remember - at least 30 years, maybe 40? and never want to be without it. There is nothing better for stopping muscle cramps. Friends swear by pickle juice for stopping leg cramps but Oregon Creme is quicker.
