Use this lotion much the same as the OREGON CREME by applying to an area that is a little larger than the painful area. It gently warms the area with increased circulation, bringing in oxygen and other healing nutrients within the blood.

It is effective on arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, strains, sprains, insect bites, bee sings, sore throats, rough skin/eruptions, headaches, burns, ear infections, tired and swollen feet/ankles, sports injuries.
